Noise from ground-level gym classes made resting difficult!!! The hotel's location borders a sketchy neighborhood, which is concerning for safety!!! Consider enhancing soundproofing and reevaluating your positioning in the area!!!

Great stay at Hs Hotsson! The room was clean, modern, and matched the online photos perfectly. I appreciated the amenities, particularly the washer/dryer after a rainy day. The rooftop restaurant was available 24/7, and I found the staff to be attentive and polite, especially at the front desk. Overall, I felt comfortable and well taken care of during my business trip.

The location didn't feel the safest, as it's situated in Tacubaya rather than Condesa Sur.

Every room features a full-sized fridge and even has a washer dryer—unexpected perks. Plus, comfy pillows and a lovely lavender essential oil spray guaranteed a restful night’s sleep, making it feel like home.

I encountered rude waitstaff in the rooftop restaurant who charged for a meal that was not served properly. Various issues with service dampened the otherwise pleasant atmosphere, making dining here a frustrating experience.

I loved how the room was loaded with great amenities, making it super easy to settle in, and the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, which was perfect for a late-night snack. There were chill spots like the cozy lounge area and a lovely rooftop terrace for soaking up the views. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had a minor issue with the TV but Daniel at check-in was quick to solve it and even offered a complimentary breakfast which was top notch. The rooftop restaurant is a nice touch too with great views.

It wasn’t cheap but I think for what you get it’s worth it.
